Located on the second floor of a historic building without an elevator, the apartment boasts a magnificent rooftop terrace, from which you can admire the iconic "Ala" of the Arena. During the summer season, you can enjoy concerts and shows held in the Arena while sipping a glass of wine in pleasant company. This characteristic corner makes the apartment unique and special, making you fall in love with the city of Verona.

The apartment consists of a single, tastefully furnished and welcoming room, offering a double bed, a single bed, and the possibility of adding a bed for a child up to 10 years old upon request. It also features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa with a TV. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes this cozy studio.

To ensure a pleasant stay year-round, we comply with regional regulations regarding heating and air conditioning.

Driving in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.
