Welcome to our charming apartment located in the heart of the historic center, just steps from the majestic Church of Sant'Anastasia and housed in a historic building rich in frescoes and decorated ceilings.

Check-in is from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Located on the first floor (with elevator access), the apartment offers a unique and charming atmosphere.

The apartment features an elegantly furnished double bedroom, ideal for a couple seeking privacy and comfort. However, thanks to the two sofa beds in the living room, it is also suitable for a family of up to four. The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare meals comfortably at home, while the full bathroom with shower ensures maximum comfort during your stay.

Regarding parking, we recommend the Arsenale public parking lot at Via Alfredo Cappellini, 2, located a short distance from the apartment.

Finally, for heating and air conditioning, we comply with regional ordinances to ensure your comfort year-round.

Please note that if fire extinguishers are used, even accidentally, a €200 refund will be required.

Transit in the restricted traffic zone is prohibited.
